Phil Benkert's enthusiasm for scuba diving has continued since his retirement as a Postmaster. Phil received his open water certification in April 1996. Phil went on to receive his instructor rating in July 2002 under the instruction of Ashley McKnight of Cayman Reef Divers on Grand Cayman. Phil brings with him many diving experiences as he has dived extensively off the Cayman Islands, the Big Island of Hawaii, St. Croix, Bonaire, and the Florida Keys. Phil says the best thing about scuba diving, in addition to actually diving, is working with the students and enjoying the good fellowship of other divers.

Isaac and Ethan run the Adventure Dive Programs through Diversions Scuba. Together they organize these bi-weekly dives year round. Isaac is nearing completion of his Divemaster Certification and Ethan is just beginning. In real life, Isaac is a Production Machinist and Ethan is a Graduate Student in Electrical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin.
